Cancellation Policy
Due to any reason (except in case of death of traveller) if guest decide to cancel the booked trip. Cancelation charges will be applicable as below.
- 25% of Package Cost : Non Refundable.
- 50% of Package Cost : On/Before 15 Days of Start of Tour
- 75% Of Package Cost : On/Before 07 Days of Start of Tour
- 100% Of Package Cost : On/Before Day of Start of Your Tour
Above cancelation policy is applicable on the land package cost, however in case of flight ticket / permit / VISA/ Cruise / VIP Darshan / or any such services, cancelation charges will be applicable as per the service provider. Ashirwad Holidays is not responsible for any dispute arises between vendor & guest related to this issue.
All cancellation requests must be sent to us in written via e-mail to enquiry@ashirwadholidays.in & cc to ashutosh@ashirwadholidays.in Time line of the cancellation request will be considered from the date of receipt of the mail. Any verbal communication / telephonic conversation / WhatsApp Chat / SMS or any other form of communication will not be considered as cancellation request.
Refund Policy
In case of the death of traveller, Ashirwad Holidays will refund full amount of land package paid till date to us. However, for other services we will provide our support to traveller’s family in getting refund from the vendor.
In case of death refund, Death certificate of traveller is must to process the refund.
All refund requests must be sent to us in written via e-mail to enquiry@ashirwadholidays.in & cc to ashutosh@ashirwadholidays.in & shall also be communicated to us at +91-9236373125.
Payment Policy
On confirmation of the Tour package Itinerary, Inclusions, Exclusion & other related services, guest need to book the package by making advance payment. In case advance amount is not being paid, guest can hold the price for 3 days, & within 3 days guest need to pay the advance amount as per the below payment plan.
- 25% of Package Cost : As Advance payment for confirmation of the booking.
- 50% of Package Cost : Before 15 Days of Start of Tour
- 75% Of Package Cost : Before 07 Days of Start of Tour
- 100% Of Package Cost : On Day of Start of Your Tour
In Case any flight ticket / permit / VISA/ Cruise / VIP Darshan / is involved in the package, 100% amount of these services need to be paid to Ashirwad Holidays to book. In case money is not paid by guest on time, Ashirwad Holidays will not be responsible for any increase in price OR non availability of services.
In case guest do not adhere to above payment policy / plan, Ashirwad Holidays reserve full right to cancel the booking & in such case Ashirwad holidays has full right to recover its 100% of loss (if any).
Payment Procedure
There is no contract with Ashirwad Holidays & traveller until appropriate payment is received according to the payment terms. If full payment is not made within the time frame, the company reserve the right to cancel the booking with consequent loss of deposit and apply cancellation charges as applicable or forfeit the amount paid as cancellation.
The entire tours cost OR booking amount shall be paid via cash at office, bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS), UPI, QR, Demand Draft in favour of “Ashirwad Holidays Private Limited” has to be at time of booking.

Amendment Policy (Prepone & Postpone)
- In case traveller wishes to prepone / postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 30 days prior to travel date via email at enquiry@ashirwadholidays.in
- Traveller can prepone/postpone their tour once without any additional charges on land package (if intimated before 30 days of travel date in written). However proponing & postponing second time will attract additional charges. Also note that few service provided may ask for rescheduling charges even after meeting the above requirement. In such cases rescheduling charges will be deducted from the advance payment.
- Rescheduling means, advance amount will be adjusted against new travel date. However, new prevailing rate at time of travel will be applicable. Rescheduling does not mean that you can travel at new date with same old price.
- Validity of utilization of your advance payment in rescheduling scenario is 1 year from the date of advance payment.
- Advance payment against your final quote, are transferable, i.e you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/relatives. (Note – In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above requirement first)
- Any amendment request during the tour will be treated as fresh booking and additional cost will be charged other than earlier allotted tour cost.
Government Taxes
- Our quoted price does not include any taxes (unless specified in the quote). So, all applicable government taxes & duties at time of execution of the tour shall be applicable & payable by traveller additionally.
- However currently applicable taxes are GST on domestic packages, GST & TCS on all international tour packages.
Unavoidable Circumstances
If the tour has to be changed (shorten / extended) & sightseeing postponed / cancelled due to reason beyond our control like riots, political unrest, bandhs, accidents, flood, earthquakes or any natural / man made calamities, the passenger will have to accept the change in the itinerary, hotel & transport services. In such case all additional charges shall be borne by passenger.
If any passenger leaves the tour mid-way, due to any reasons whatsoever, no refund shall be offered for the remaining portion of the tour. The expenses for the return journey shall also be borne by the passenger on tour itself.
