This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the methods, timelines, and responsibilities related to the delivery of travel documents, tickets, itineraries, and any physical items provided as part of our services.

This policy covers the shipping and delivery of all items related to our travel services. Since Ashirwad Holidays primarily provides intangible travel services, shipping refers to the delivery of essential documents (such as tickets and itineraries) and, where applicable, any physical items like welcome kits or informational brochures.

2. Delivery of Travel Documents

Digital Delivery: To reduce environmental impact and expedite the delivery process, we primarily deliver booking confirmations, itineraries, tickets, service confirmation vouchers and other essential travel documents via email. Upon booking confirmation, guests can expect to receive all relevant travel documents within 24-48 hours.

Physical Delivery: In certain cases, Ashirwad Holidays may provide physical documents or items. These will be delivered via reliable courier services. Delivery times may vary based on location, but standard delivery is estimated at 5-7 business days within India and 10-14 business days for international addresses.

3. Physical Shipping (If Applicable)

Items Shipped: For specific travel packages, Ashirwad Holidays may provide guests with physical items such as welcome kits, travel brochures, or souvenirs. Any applicable shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be communicated at the time of booking.

Delivery Locations: We currently ship physical items within India and to select international destinations. Please confirm availability during booking.

4. Tracking & Notifications

Guests will receive an email notification once their documents or packages have been dispatched, including tracking information where available. For physical deliveries, the courier service’s tracking number will be shared, enabling guests to monitor the delivery status directly.

5. Delivery Costs

Digital Delivery: Delivery of digital documents via email is free of charge.

Physical Delivery: For domestic deliveries within India, a standard shipping fee may apply based on the package. International shipping fees are calculated based on location and the specific item(s) shipped. All applicable fees will be disclosed before booking confirmation.

6. Delivery Address & Responsibility

Address Accuracy: It is the guest’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details at the time of booking. Guests should notify Ashirwad Holidays immediately of any address changes to avoid delays or misdelivery.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to Ashirwad Holidays due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the guest, we will contact the guest to arrange re-delivery. Additional charges may apply.

7. Delayed Delivery

While we strive to deliver all items promptly, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur due to factors such as courier issues, holidays, or weather. In such cases, Ashirwad Holidays will inform the guest of the delay and work to find alternative delivery solutions as necessary.

8. Digital Delivery Preference

We encourage the use of digital documents, which are both environmentally friendly and efficient. Guests who prefer physical copies must indicate this at the time of booking and may incur additional charges for shipping.

9. Loss or Damage Claims

Ashirwad Holidays is committed to ensuring that items reach guests in excellent condition. In the rare event of loss or damage during transit, we will work with the courier service to investigate and resolve the issue. However, Ashirwad Holidays is not liable for lost or damaged items during transit.
